Currently I am teaching PE and coaching strength and conditioning program in a secondary school in Singapore. I am also a certified NROC Master Coach in karate, heading a karate school. I am graduated from Edith Cowan University, Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Sports Science). I obtained ACE Senior Fitness Specialist qualification in 2019. I am also specialised in Youth Strength Training as well as Weight Management.
