Fitness is a huge part of my life. I was fortunate enough to have a very active childhood which has carried over into how I treat life today. I beleive you must enjoy what you are doing to stay consistent, which is why I love creating and sharing fitness programs with people. Being able to make positive influences in peoples lives is amazing. I have worked with velocity sports performance and diamond baseball/softball in Jacksonville, Fl,as a strength and conditioning coach and as a personal trainer at family fitness of Dunedin, Fl. I am currently a personal trainer/wellness specialist at the Center for Health Improvement at Hays Medical Center in Hays, Ks, and I also run the strength and conditioning for the Fort Hays State University Softball Team.
