Discipline, consistency, and ambition will always pay off. My background is in wildland fire where I was always getting my butt kicked by stronger, faster people on brutal hikes with heavy euipment up to 60 to 70 pounds on our backs. I was slow and felt defeated. But, something needed to change internally before I could change externally. I started to have grattitiude for my arms and legs. I made a point of practicing grattitude on a daily basis, and my workouts became more enjoyable. I progressively improved my running and hiking times. I also began to do pull-ups and got all the way up to 8!
It all starts with attitude, then a strategic workout plan carefully tailored to the individual's needs and goals with components including flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance. The program must be interesting, suitable, and must apply overload and progression principles.
I will be there to design a great program specifically for you, and I will be there to push you. I will also give you an additional workout plan and suggestions for further improvement. But, your success is entirely contingent upon the amount of effort you put into this program. I genuinely want you to succeed! I will do everything I can, but the rest is up to you.
I also have a very strong background in physical therapy and POST-REHAB clients.
