ACE-certified Personal Trainer, Wellness Consultant and Bootcamp Instructor. I am a life-long endurance athlete and outdoor enthusiast and have been hosting my own Bootcamps since 2002. Whether you want to lose some weight, feel more energetic to have fun with your loved ones, get the confidence to start to workout/exercise or you want to go for the gusto and compete in a Marathon or an Ironman I am your girl. I love to help clients to reach their fitness goals by respecting and helping to teach a client their own art of moderation, balance, longevity and personal intuition. I have done marathons, trail and adventure races and other endurance events. I will train clients of all ages and fitness levels in their homes or outside for $80 an hour or $40 a half an hour. I am an expert in person and in print communicator and have several years of communication, freelance writing, journalism, marketing and editing experience in various industries.
