I believe that fitness is a lifestyle. You must dedicate yourself to it and live it. I always strive to maintain optimal health through nutrition, excercise, and happiness. I was introduced to the fitness industry through health care, being pre-med as an undergraduate. I have been working in group exercise- cycling, and teaching bootcamps, through the YMCA. Now is a perfect time for us to focus on health and fitness before the holidays roll around. Let's make fitness fun!
