I have always been a very active person; I ran track and played field hockey in school. Later in life I played soccer for a ladies team in England. Fitness was a major part of my life. Once I had children they became my number one priority and exercise took a back seat. Fast forward 9 years and two beautiful girls later, I needed to shake up my routine. My self confidence had nosedived. I was overweight, overwhelmed, and out of condition. I no longer knew the person who looked back at me from the mirror. I joined an outdoor fitness Boot Camp and I was amazed at the physical and emotional changes that took place.After two years as a student, I was given the opportunity to become a fitness instructor and teach Boot Camps of my own. I immersed myself in the course work and studied hard to obtain ACE Certification. During this time I acquired valuable experience teaching group classes large and small. I have since opened my own business HYBRID FITNESS and have enrolled in the ACE continuing education program which constantly gives me updates and advancements in exercise science. I'm proactive in implementing these changes to enhance my clients experience with HYBRID FITNESS. Challenging my clients is my top priority. I aim to acheive this by teaching varied and different classes every time. Seeing my clients change their lives, take control and become happy, healthy and in charge is my ultimate goal.
