About
Intro: I grew up as fitness being my outlet. That being said, “I am always looking for the next challenge to conquer.” I excelled through High School playing ALL sports including: Football, Baseball, Basketball, Track, and Soccer. After high school I figured sports were done for me considering I went into construction as a career. I then successfully aced my ACE Certification in 2009. This accomplishment gave me the confidence to chase MY dream of being a Professional Athlete at the age of 27. I finnished my Ameature MMA Record with a 11-1 record. I successfully defended KCMMA Bantamweight Title twice. I went Pro August 18th, 2014 at the Gail’s Harley Davidson Fight for the Bike Tournament. I am inspired to be the best Bantamweight in the midwest. Then off to the UFC. I am all currently fired up by getting Level 1 and 2 Certification from Martin Rooney and the Training for Warrior’s System. With this wealth of Coaching Knowledge I have developed the skills need to make a impact in my community to help develop healthy leaders.I'm a firm believer in MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT. If we have strong values, then we will have a strong foundation. Martial Arts is a great way to build on our foundation. We use discipline, flexibility, core strength, muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardio-respiratory fitness, and self-defence to help us accomplish our goals.
