I am a military spouse living in DuPont, WA right outside of JB Lewis-McChord. I am available to train at on post fitness facilities. My areas of special interest include family fitness and endurance sport training. In the area of family fitness, I hope to give military spouses like myself the tools they need to live a healthy lifestyle and pass those good habits onto their children. Though I often conduct training sessions in the gym, I also like to show people how to be healthy and fit outside of the gym so they can incorporate fitness in every day activities, include family members and utilize their environment so that fitness isn't a chore. My personal passion is in in endurance sports with the art of the triathlon being my main focus. I have competed in distances from a sprint triathlon all the way up to a half-Ironman distance. I can help you prepare for your next endurance race whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete.
