I grew up on a military base in Germany and that is where I got involved with physical fitness. Most of my teenage years were spent either playing basketball or lifting weights with Air Force, and Army active duty military members and dependents. I served four years in the United States Air Force from 1997 to 2001 and separated with a honorable discharge. My education includes a Masters Degree in Kinesiology and Wellness, CSCS, and a USAW level 1 sports performance coach certification.. I work with all populations, and ages, for the last three and a half years I have been working with special populations (traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other neuromuscular disabilities).
