My name is Matt Randolph. I am a N.P.T.I. and A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer. I became a Personal Trainer to help people realize their fitness goals and get healthier in every aspect of their lives. Which includes nutrition, I also have a Nutrition Certificate from N.P.T.I. So if you have a reason, a season, or lifetime to get in shape, I can help make it happen. Although I've just started personal training, I have been training my self for years. I became very dedicated to fitness and health after leaving high school and have accumulated an entire gym at my home. This means that you don't have to pay gym fees or fight through crowded gyms to get the workout you want if you sign up with me. Training can be done at any place that is convenient and comfortable for you; at your home, the park or my facility. I will provide all necessary equipment and accessories, just bring yourself.
