I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I am a certified PT and I have my ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist certificate along with certificates in Pilates, Cycle, and TRX trainer. I am energetic and have a passion for health and fitness. I enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities and welcome the challenge of working with different populations of people to help them reach their fitness goals and develop a fit lifestyle. I offer online zoom training as well as my own app with workouts and accountability.
