About
Hey everybody my name is Scott Kessler and I hold an ACE personal training certification. I'm currently a college student in NY. As the goalkeeper for the men's Division 1 soccer team, and an elite athlete since youth, I'm well aware of the physical, mental, and social aspects to fitness. My main goal in the fitness industry is to educate and teach kids about living healthy yet fun lifestyles. In addition I enjoy working with adults, helping them be healthy and feel young. I'm great with kids and teens, having done 1-on-1 soccer training for ages 10-14, as well as training and coaching a 7th grade boy's soccer team. I've also trained numerous students on campus at our school's fitness center. I beleive health and fitness must be well-rounded, including strength training, cardiorespiratory training, and flexibility training, and functional towards your life-style and profession.
