I am a certified Wellness Coach through WellCoaches as well as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. My focus is on the age group I most identify with...Mature Adults. I started working on my own health...a change of eating habits and adding regular exercise to my life schedule at the age of 43, ten plus years ago. My interest and continuing research into those things that promote a long healthy life give me additional support to the solid base of my certifications. As I work with clients who have health issues I'm not totally versed in, I will commit to doing the necessary research to provide the best information available regarding appropriate exercise. It is also a goal of mine to continue to expand my knowledge base with regards to nutrition and further studies into issues that concern Mature Adults. My job is to provide a safe environment, direction on how to properly use equipment and perform exercises,and feedback as to the best way to attain your goals and keeping them realistic.
