I am an ACE certified group fitness instructor and a certified BodyPump, BodyAttack, BodyCombat and Zumba Instructor. As an extension of her fitness training Karri was introduced to pole fitness four years ago and quickly became addicted. She has been teaching and performing pole fitness for over two years and opened her own pole fitness studio - Pole Pressure of Leesburg. Most recently Karri won the title of Miss South Carolina Pole Champion 2011! Karri is also the winner of the Miss Echo, Miss Technique and People’s Choice Awards. Karri also has performed in a number of local competitions, as well as showcase performances with the Rock the Pole Showcase in Hollywood, CA, The Susan G. Komen Pole-A-Thon in Northern Virginia, and the Eye Candy Burlesque Troop in Buffalo, NY. What Karri loves most about pole fitness is the confidence gained from reaching new levels of strength and endurance, as well as the artistic expression.
Karri also teaches Aqua Zumba, boot camp, strength training, core training and cardio kickboxing group fitness classes.
Karri regularly runs, does weight training, step aerobics, enjoys yoga, plays golf, rock climbing, hiking, skiing, dance fitness, and pilates.
