As a ACE certified Personal Trainer I enjoy working with all clients of different levels, ambition, and knowledge. My experience has been primary with adults whether they be athletes training for a particular event or rehabilitating from an injury, active older adults, or just an individual seeking to increase their overall wealth by developing great physical fitness habits in their life. Currently I work at an Orthopaedic Physcians office doing personal training and post-rehab work. My background is in athletic training and working with adults that have had lumbar and cervical injuries and pains. Beyond personal training I am also a certified Emergency Medical Technician and CPR and First Aid Instructor with American Heart Association and Red Cross.
