I'm a highly motivated and enthusiastic person. I've been active in athletics my whole life, including soccer and softball at the college level. I chose to become a certified personal trainer because I love helping and giving advice to people which aid them in creating a lifestyle that makes them happy, confident, and ultimately keeps them young in mind and body through a long healthy life. I feel that I'm a good trainer because I work well with others and I am able to adapt and become the type of motivator specific to each person to inspire them to make life changes they are happy with.
