Hi! Working with individuals as a fitness trainer is an extremely rewarding experience because of the positive impact you can see in people's lives! I believe that everyone would like to feel healthy and be fit, but sometimes there are obstacles and challenges that stop people short of reaching their goals. I enjoy working with people to find the motivating factors that will help them to develop a successful, consistent fitness component to their lives, incorporating elements of cardiorespiratory and strength training as well as flexibility. For example, I find great music to be an inspiring factor that can turn a lackluster workout into a fun experience that people will look forward to. I use this strategy both in my group fitness classes and in personal workouts.
