ILLIANA ROUGHTON ACE PERSONAL TRAINER YOGA INSTRUCTOR BIKINI COMPETITOR Illiana Roughton is an accomplished, energetic and motivating personal trainer. She obtained her certification thru the American Counsel on Exercise in 2008. Illiana enjoys working with female, teen and special populations. Her ability to relate, guide and design workout routines translates into lasting success for all her clients. Her experience allows her to improve her clients' body composition, strength, flexibility and stamina. Illiana is originally from Mexico and relocated to Alabama shortly after she married her husband Brian Roughton 13 years ago. The couple has one daughter and attend First Baptist Church in Prattville, AL. Illiana enjoys running 5Ks races around the River Regions and has been awarded first place in the following races: Cruising the Creekwalk, Polar Bear, 5K Centerpoint and first place overall in the Spinners Run. She is also involved in bikini competitions and placed first for her age group and overall in the 2012 NPC Vulcan Classic. “My goal in life is to motive and teach all my clients to make the right choices and set achievable goals”
