Harry holds several nationally recognized fitness certifications, including Certified Personal Trainer with both the American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He also holds a Health & Nutrition Counselor Certification, a group fitness certification, and is a Mad Dogg Athletics Certified Spinning Instructor. As a competitive runner and cyclist, and after having achieved an extensive background in health and fitness, Harry was then introduced to the Pilates method of conditioning. He found that this method of exercise kept him strong, flexible, prevented running related injuries, and has helped to improve running and cycling abilities. Harry is a STOTT PILATES fully certified instructor, and an active member with the Pilates Method Alliance. His clientele has ranged from 14 to 84 years of age, each with their own set of needs and goals. Harry specializes in rehabilitative and restorative exercise and helps clients recover from various conditions and injuries including back pain and neck, musculoskeletal pathologies, and sports related injuries. He believes firmly in the combination of Pilates with other methods of resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning to achieve optimal results. In addition to training clients, Harry is part of the faculty with the American Council on Exercise as a Continuing Education Provider, where he teaches coursework to instructors and personal trainers.
