I received my Masters of Science in Nutrition in 2001 from the prestigious Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Around this time, I also became a cerified Clinical Exercise Specialist through ACE. In two years I expanded into five offices in the greater Cleveland area. I had literally 1000+ clients that I was assisting in their weight loss goals.
At the age of 30 my life changed. I consolidated all of my offices into one location, Titans Gym, where I met my husband and knew immediately that I wanted to start a family with him. I got pregnant with TRIPLETS just months after our marriage. I worked out until the day I delivered. then, 6 months later I competed in my first figure competition. I now have turned pro, all before my triplets first birthday!!!
At one point, I was finishing graduate school, completing an internship in dietetics, working in a restaurant at night and starting my own business. Add on PHYSICALLY building my own home and you have the general picture of my average day.
Now, I have triplets, a gym, a health food cafe, a wonderful husband and NOTHING to complain about! I think the way I stay so organized is by planning ahead and staying focused. In the morning first thing, The hardest thing I have had to do is plan times to feed babies while balancing clients and workouts, plus the cafe!
