About
I received my Masters of Science in Nutrition in 2001 from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Around this time, I also became a cerified Clinical Exercise Specialist through ACE. At the age of 30 my life changed. I got pregnant with TRIPLETS, and worked out until the day I delivered. Six months after I delivered, I competed in my first figure competition. I turned pro before my triplets first birthday!! At one point, I was finishing graduate school, completing an internship in dietetics, working in a restaurant at night and starting my own business. Add on PHYSICALLY building my own home and you have the general picture of my average day. I know how hard it can be to stay healthy and fit with everythimg life throws at us! The key is to find a trainer and nutritionist who can develop a plan that fits YOUR lifestyle!
