My name is Esther and I am 23 years old. Exercise is something I enjoy, so my job as a personal trainer is very rewarding. I have achieved some of my own personal goals and continue striving to achieve goals each day. I enjoy many different activities, but long distance running and yoga make up most of my week. Before I became an ACE certified trainer, I taught at the YMCA as a health and wellness coach. It was a good experience for me to learn a little about how training works in a more structured form. Now that I am a trainer, I am able to use that knowledge and incorporate my knowledge from ACE to help create the best fitness program for you as an individual.
