I am an ACE certified personal trainer from Hickory, NC. I have personally weight-trained seriously for 10 years and have over 8 years experience working as a trainer, group exercise instructor and now Corporate Wellness Director at the YMCA of Catawba Valley. I have worked with various age groups, primarily women, but some men and children as well. I love what I do and feel that I am making a difference in someone's life. I am a mother of two girls and happily married to my husband of 22 years. Exercise is a combination of diet, cardio and strength training and you must have the right determination to make a change in your body shape/size and your life.
