I am a 49-yr old high school teacher/coach. Over the last 4-5 years, I have lost 55 pounds and finally broken the 24-minute mark in a 5K run, and I participate in triathlons. Also, for the first time in my life I can do 40-50 pullups in a workout. My commitment to being healthy has two very significant benefits: (1) I love it when the doctor tells me that I am healthy and don't need any kind of medication and/or treatment, and (2) I have lots of energy and feel like I can do anything.
