I have a treadmill, free weights, and a multi-station weight machine and will be expanding equipment as needed. Working out of my home offers clients a casual relaxed atmosphere with limited traffic flow. After completing the initial health and exercise readiness forms, we'll need to decide what fitness testing will be appropriate.
