I have been an athlete most of my life. After joining the Army, I began to really get into fitness training. I competed in my first fitness competitions in 2009 in the Bikini division. It was the most amazing experience and I hope to continue competing. I have a strong passion to pass on what I have learned to others looking to improve their health and fitness levels.
