A turn in the economy a few years ago, equaled a turn in my career. But opportunity is everywhere if we are ready to receive it. Since I always enjoyed exercise and the idea of being able to transform my body though exercise and nutrition I decided to return to school to pursue a career in Fitness. I have been in the industry over 3 years and love it! I am currently working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor (TRX, TRX/Cycle Combo, Bootcamp & Indoor Cycling) I also started "BODY.ARKiTEX", a personal and group training business. I truly enjoy working with people and seeing them turn that corner. It's so rewarding to see. My near future holds more certifications to continue to make me a well rounded trainer (always a lot to learn!) and the drive to build my BODY.ARKiTEX clientele. My mission is to have fun and continue my education in the field, so I can better serve my clients. Life is full of changes and opportunities that blossom from those changes.
