I received my education at Heritage Institute in Fort Myers Florida. I was in the Army for six years. I enjoy physical fitness and the way it makes you feel. Also all of the great health benifits that comes from daily exercise. I feel that I can motivate almost anyone to get the fulfilment that I do from exercise! It's not just working out but doing activities that excites and invigourates the mind and body to improve the quality of life.
