New Image Fitness is dedicated to providing you with the best coaching and nutritional advice while exercising in the safest and most efficient manner in order to get you well on your way to creating your healthy New Image! Started New Image Boot Camp in June of 2013 and New Image Fitness in July 2013 in order to give my clients and members the opportunity to receive the best training and nutritional advice without the commercial gym setting. I believe fitness should be fun, affordable and most importantly stress free and sometimes that combination is hard to find when you have so many distractions in a big box gym. New Image Fitness' ultimate goal is to provide you with the best workout, designed specifically to fit your fitness goals while educating you on the proper way to successfully continue to live a healthy life and maintain your New Image!
