Just starting my career in Personal Training and loving every minute of it!! Back in January 2010 I was a delivery truck driver who was out of shape and WELL overweight. I stood at a "slim" 5'9" 248lbs. In High School and in my early twenties I was always physically active and was in great shape but I slowly let that get away from me and my health soon followed, I decided that I could no longer live my life feeling less than great and needed to make a big change so I went out and joined a local Health Club and never looked back. I consumed my life with teaching myself (almost) everything there was to know about exercise and proper nutrition and completely fell in love with the field. By the following January 2011, I had lost 68lbs, put on some muscle and decided that Personal Training and helping other people was what I really wanted to do because (as the old saying goes) If I can do it, ANYBODY can! I plan on getting another certification in the near future and can not wait what this new career path has in store for me!
