I was overweight my whole life until I started working with a personal trainer. After a few years and losing over 80 pounds I realized that I wanted to help people change their lives by helping them to help themselves. I've been a ACE certified trainer for two years now, and I also hold certifications through NCSF and NESTA. I currently live in Santa Monica, and while weight loss is my specialty, I have helped people with different types of goals.
