I am a married, mom of three beautiful, girls ages 23, 19 & 4 & I recently became a grandma. The blessing (surprise) of the third is definitely keeping me young. I taught group aerobics in the 90's, then participated in several triathlon's in the late 90's. My passion has always been fitness. I love variety & believe that's the key to a successful fitness program. I like to work alongside my clients to encourage, push & motivate them to reach their max potential. I truly enjoy working with people to help them reach their fitness goals. I currently do one on one training, small group training & I teach a boot camp class (which is open to all fitness levels.)
