Honestly, I love fitness. Helping people to reach their fitness goals is something I enjoy experiencing. I will work with you. I motivate others to reach sensible and timely goals.
I have a number of certifications. I have both ACE and NASM personal trainer certifications. I also have experience in postural corrective exercise, sports performance, aerobic boxing, athletic youth training, and Diabetic life preservation training. I create goal specific programs. I provide my client with assistance that is kind and direct. My clients mean a lot to me. That is why I put so much effort into them.
