My name is Adam Kassem. I graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelors in Health Promotions and a minor in both business and sociology. Upon graduation I went back to school and obtained my degree as a Registered Nurse. I currently work at the University of Iowa on the Surgical and Neuro ICU. I live in Iowa City, IA. I used to personal train at the YMCA and Kosama where I also taught many group classes such as cycling, kettlebells and TRX.
