I am very passionate about giving. I enjoy giving encouragement, knowledge, education, and power. I treat everyone within the realms of their respective diversity and believe that we all can and should enjoy a good quality of life. My goal is to empower as many people as possible. I have nearly two years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in the health club setting. I have apprenticed under several decorated fitness professionals during my career so far. I enjoy continuing my knowledge and honing of my profession. I hold an ACE Personal Trainer Certification and Associate's of Science Degree in Health, Sport, and Exercise Science.
