I am a 22 year old graduate of Indiana University Bloomington with a B.A. in Political Science and History. I will be attending graduate school Fall 2012 to study public and international affairs. I have been personal training for three years, two of which have been at IU Campus Recreational Sports. I have competed in both power-lifting and bodybuilding. My specialties include weight loss, strength training, power-lifting, bodybuilding, muscle gain, and general health and fitness improvement.
