I am a competitive Triathlete, former NCAA All American Swimmer, avid runner and regular yoga/pilates student. I'm also a mother to 2 small children. Fitness is my religioh, way of life and happiness. I love motivating people to be their healthiest weight, maintain optimal fitness and enjoy the physical aspects of life. I teach Core Barre classes and train individuals one on one. I believe in cross training and alternating methods of exercise.
