I teach Boxing as a form of fitness to lose weight, build confidence & stamina.
Training includes the following:
All ages (male/female)
Training is designed to get in shape or stay in shape through boxing. This is not a competitive training session and safety is #1 concern. It’s about learning how to Box and Fitness.
This is a Boxers workout.
Sessions run 45-60 minutes.
You will learn to jump rope, throw punches, hit the heavy bag, speed bag and sparring.
What to bring:
Comfortable workout clothing. Shorts or sweat pants, Tee-shirt, tennis shoes
Mouth guard
Boxing glove’s if you have them (14-16oz) or you can use the gyms gloves.
Head gear if you have one (but not needed right away)
Cost: $25.00 for a 1 hr. session
Available times & days: Start time--7:00-7:30pm End time-- 8:00-8:30pm Thursday and/or Fridays
