I completed my medical degree at Columbia University's College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York in 2012. I've been teaching spinning for over six years, and I have a passion for preventative medicine and helping people achieve optimal health and a better quality of life through exercise and lifestyle. After training as a competitive figure skater for thirteen years, I transitioned into varsity ice hockey in high school and went on to play college hockey in Massachusetts. I became a triathlete as a first year medical student and am a strong competitor in my age group, especially in endurance races. Actively involved in running as a member of the NYRR, I finished my first marathon in Philadelphia four years ago and am racing in NYC this November.
