I have been a personal trainer and personal motivator for over two years. I have extensive study at the National Personal Training Institute in Denver; where I studied nutrition, anatomy, and physiology. I specialize in custom athletic training, endurance, hypertrophy, and strength conditioning, as well as indoor and outdoor boot camps. I also like out of the box exercises and team building skill training.
