About

My mission is to help clients start, start over or to increase and improve their level of physical activity in a safe, effective and enjoyable manner. The experience and motivation I share will help you attain increased strength, flexibility, endurance, energy and confidence. Areas of expertise include: Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist, Pink Program Instructor for Breast Cancer Survivors, Total Control Instructor (Pelvic Pyramid/Inner Core) Certified Exercise Therapy Specialist working with individuals who may have musculoskeletal pain, injuries, disabilities and illness. I'll assist and teach you to exercise properly decrease pain and to increase mobility and functional fitness. I will help you explore and expand your limits in the safest most effective manner. I am particularly interested in inner core conditioning, which improves posture, balance, back pain and flattens tummies. I also have experience and training for special populations including clients with MS, seniors, children, athletes, sports injury prevention programs and setting up programs for clients to do at home, during travel and partner training. I absolutely love my job and I am thrilled to be enjoying this second career in something that I am so passionate about.
