As a mom of three daughters, and with a heart for helping women, I care about the whole person, and I'm often told that my ability to encourage and motivate my clients (and friends) is one of my strongest qualities! Most of my training experience has been working with female clients as well as leading group fitness classes, and my strengths are in the areas of weight loss & management, fitness & nutritional counseling for long-term lifestyle changes, body sculpting, strength training, and endurance training. By helping other women realize and achieve their healthy lifestyle goals, my life is simultaneously blessed! Always excited to help new and existing clients on their personal journey!
