In addition to being a Certified Personal Trainer, I am also a Registered Dietitian and an Intrinsic Coach. My experiences in working with weight management in a traditional clinical setting have led me to adopt a Health at Every Size approach. This approach shifts the focus away from the scale as a measure of success. Instead, our focus is on creating habits that will lead to both the short-term and long-term goals that are important to you. I have a special interest in eating disorder prevention and treatment.
