I am a certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach who has been working in the fitness industry for 9 years. I also have a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy, which I believe has facilitated my growth as a Personal Trainer. I especially enjoy working with clients with special health care needs (i.e. obesity, orthopedic injuries and the aging population). I emphasize lifestyle changes with my clients so that they can reach their goals in a healthy, sustainable manner. I am a firm believer exercise is a necessary component of a balanced and happy life.
