I have been involved in fitness my entire life. I love being active. I have played soccer since I was in 2nd grade, and have also ran several 1/2 marathons. As a personal trainer, I want to help my clients achieve their goals in the most effective and safest way. In order to do this I make my clients' goals into my own.
