About
Paul Fink Has over 20 years of weight training, running, and endurance experience and has over 10 years of instruction and training experience. Mr. Fink currently holds a 2nd degree Black Belt in the venerable art of Shaolin Kempo Karate. He also holds degrees in Tai Chi, American Kenpo Karate, and a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Competing in numerous 5k, 10k, Half Marathons, Full Marathons, Duathlons, Triathlons, and Hill runs, he is no stranger to competitive endurance training and what it takes to succeed in these accomplishments. Mr. Fink is also fitness Director for Villari's Self Defense Centers in Austin Texas and currently runs a hybrid fitness program blending Martial arts with Calisthenics, Aerobic exercise, Yoga, Tai Chi, Strength training, Boxing and Core strength. This challenging course is designed with all abilities in mind, from the beginner looking to get in shape to the seasoned athlete. Mr Fink also teaches gentle exercise like tai chi and qui gong knowing that balance is fundemental to a lifestyle change.
