We all know that our health is in more jeopardy than ever before. Lack of physical activity is a big culprit of this problem, however we just plain lack balance. Wellness takes care of every dimension of your health, and I am here to address your health from a comprehensive approach. Understanding illness and dysfunction that leads to poor health is something I am very passionate about and continue to be driven to be successful at. Also, part of my philosophy as a wellness specialist is to address dysfunction first and also minimal equipment. Minimal equipment allows the client to truly become a member of their own healthcare team. Empowerment is the key to long term success in changing the health of our communities.
