Hello, my name is Allie Esposito. I graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Public Health - Health Promotion and a concentration on nutrition. I've been competing in fitness modeling and bikini competitions since 2008 and have been a personal trainer since 2005. Recently, I earned Pro Status in the WBFF. I am a a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist, Safey Professional, and own my own business F!T with Allie. I coach male and female fitness competitors as well as train anyone looking to improve their health! Health, fitness, wellness, and safety are truly my passions.
