Shawna graduated with a BS in Kinesiology as an exercise and fitness specialist at SJSU, with a minor in Sports Nutrition. She went on to receive multiple nationally recognized certifications. Shawna has been employing her skills as a trainer and instructor for multiple club locations since 2004. She enjoys a variety of active hobbies including volleyball, soccer, cycling, and boxing. Shawna is passionate about continuing to develop in her knowledge and skill within the fitness and wellness field to better contribute to the health of others.
