Hello! I have been an exercise enthusiast since a very early age. I grew up dancing, competing in gymnastics, and participating in a wide variety of sports. I started with ACE as a group fitness instructor in 2004, became an ACE personal trainer in 2007, and certified as a fitness nutrition specialist in 2015. I also have a (second) Master's degree in Fitness and Human Performance (my first Master's degree is in Mechanical Engineering). I am currently working on the ACE Health Coaching Certification.
