My passion for fitness began with the love of sports at an early age. Although I still like to play sport, I have developed a much stronger love for improving other peoples passion for fitness and quality of life! I graduated from Central Michigan University in 2004 with a degree in Exercise Physiology and Dietetics. Over the years I have completed various races (5K-full marathons), a Fitness & Figure Competition, and attended several conventions to improve my skills as a wellness professional. As an aerobics instructor since 2001, I hold certifications with AFAA, Schwinn Cycling, Turbokick and PiYo (Pilates and Yoga). Throughout college I personal trained for CMU’s activity center and in 2004 became certified with the American Council on Exercise. As a mother of 2 boys under 2, I truly look forward to coming into “work” at Snap Fitness. I am here to assist with new memberships, answer any questions and provide support to your fitness goals!
