I was the owner of Next Level Fitness and the creator of the Force Fitness format. I have five DVD's titled Fierce Force, Life Force, Cardio Force, Core Force and Jump Force currently for sale. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and an ACE Certified Group Fitness instructor. I am currently employed at Life Time Fitness in Minnesota where I was a personal trainer, Onboarding Specialist, Certified Metabolic Technician and TEAM Instructor, but just recently became a Member Services Specialist where I will deliver the highest quality of customer service to our members..
